Grounded Roots OT is a nature-based pediatric occupational therapy practice in the La Crosse, WI area that addresses sensory, motor, social, emotional, and life skills in children. Nature is a powerful tool and is a natural setting for kids to develop their skills & abilities.
We offer 1:1 therapy sessions so children can reach their highest potential.
Sessions are held outdoors in the La Crosse, WI area. All sessions are led by a skilled occupational therapist.
About the Owner
Hi there! I'm Jenna, the owner & founder of Grounded Roots OT. I'm a pediatric occupational therapist in the La Crosse, WI area. I have experience working with kids and adult patients in both the outpatient setting and in the schools.
I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Upper Iowa University and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Saint Louis University. Besides being an OT, I love exploring new places, hiking, biking, camping, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Luna.
I started Grounded Roots OT for children to build their skills in the most realistic setting...outside in nature. By taking OT sessions outdoors, I'm able to see the amazing transformations that happen when kids work to develop their skills while also getting the never-ending benefits of what nature has to offer. Whatever it is your child may need some extra help with, Grounded Roots is here to get you on the right path.
